Details of Information Marketing

On the previous post, I let you know that starting an online information marketing business is simple and that many people who are making fortune from it do not want other people to know much about it so that they will not compete with them. Today, I will like to summarize the highlights of what I listed in the previous post. I.e. what you should do before making your last choices about starting up an info marketing business. I will also like to throw more light on the fact that some big names in the field do not want others to know much about this business because they do not want to have many competitors in the field.

If you could remember, I listed these below guidelines as things you should do (field research) before you conclude on what next to do.
1.       What is your purpose of starting an information marketing business?
2.       Which area of the business would you like to start working on?
3.       How would you like to start?
4.       How beneficial do you think your services will be to the people?
5.       How much capital do you have as startup capital?
6.       Do you like the choices you have made so far?
If you have not been through the previous post I would like to ask you to do that because though this article you are reading now deals with the details, it is like continuation of the previous post. Hence, reading it will give you clearer mind about the subject matter.

Ok! Let us summarize the answers to questions above for you to be equipped on the long run.
1.                   What is your purpose of starting an information marketing business? Before anything else, you should ask yourself your purpose of starting an information business. Without answering this question clearly, you are ready to fail within the next 90 days of startup as stated by statistics conducted on why many people fail in internet business arena. Remember, you can lie to everybody else but you cannot lie to one person (i.e. yourself). Therefore, be clear about your purpose and make sure you put your reasons on paper (for reference purposes). NOTE: You should try not to put money ahead of the list
2.                   Which area of the business would you like to start working on? When you have answered the question above, you will then have the option of choosing from varieties of niches available in the info-marketing world. Be specific and don’t choose your option because your are influenced by another successful information marketer. This is important to consider because what worked best for one marketer may not work well for you. Choose Wisely.
3.                   How would you like to start? How and what method will you put into work to enhance your audience. This option should have come at the end of the list but let us just discuss it here. Will you like to start off working alone or employing others to help build and manage the business? Your choices of employing others could range from freelancers, ghostwriters down to guest content creators and the sort. Choose wisely, because whomever you employ should be responsible enough to account for his or her stay in the business deal.
4.                   How beneficial do you think your services will be to the people? Endeavor to offer only the services/products that will be beneficial to the people you are targeting. No one will be willing to ever spend a dime on what he or she finds no value in. You can start analyzing how beneficial your choosing niche will be by asking yourself, “will I pay interest/spend on this if I happen to be presented with this service(s) by another body? If you think you will not patronize the services if it is coming from someone else, then you might have made the wrong choice on number 2 above. Hey, don’t stop your research at your personal view only, Never. You can take it a step further by asking question forums or creating an online survey.
5.                   How much capital do you have as startup capital? Your capital level is one important factor you will never overlook. Though many people will likely tell you that you can make thousands of dollars daily as a beginner without any startup capital. But in my own case I say it a complete lie or at least will not work as perfectly as they have stated. PLEASE NOTE: I believe and I have steps with proofs on how you can start off information marketing business without any startup capital (making any payment to anybody) and build your business to higher level by day. But the conversion rate is always very slow and boring than starting off with some cash at hand.
6.                   Do you like the choices you have made so far? Please go through the choices you have made so far from number 1 – 5 above and verify if you are contended with your choices. If there is any place you made the wrong choice, consider making changes to it or you can start the steps afresh
